Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Hois Kreisi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kabuto Wakizashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kreisi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ella ja Aleksi - Kakkaa lumella. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kabuto Wakizashi!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakizashi misses with a wild body shot.
Kreisi comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Kreisi ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wakizashi moves away.
Wakizashi looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Kreisi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wakizashi stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Kreisi looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

Kreisi cracks Wakizashi with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Kreisi is looking to take a break and control but Wakizashi is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Wakizashi moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

It looks like Hois Kreisi has been cut.

Kabuto Wakizashi showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

and Kreisi counters with a nice double leg into side control. Wakizashi won't be happy with that.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Kreisi thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Kreisi is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Wakizashi has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kreisi is looking to defend but Wakizashi has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kreisi! Wakizashi pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kreisi taps out and this one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:57 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Kabuto Wakizashi!
Kabuto Wakizashi seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
