The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Daniel Franklin and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Klice looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Vast can't keep his opponent in guard - Klice advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Vast is looking to control Klice's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Vast avoid being mounted?
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Vast avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Klice.
Vast trying to control from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Still in half guard, Klice seems content to control.

Klice passes the guard and advances to mount!
Klice looking to finish Vast with some ground and pound. This is bad for Vast!
Vast on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Vast tries to get out of the position.
Klice takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
