The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Legstrong dives in for a single leg takedown but Hall sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Hall looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Hall displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Legstrong.

Legstrong throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hall's waist but Hall gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Legstrong off to one side.

Hall digs a right hand into Legstrong's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Legstrong's gas tank.

It seemed like Hall was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Legstrong shoots in for a takedown. He's got it... He's hoisted his opponent over his head and is carrying him over to the other end of the mat. The crowd roars in approval and Legstrong slams his opponent to the mat. OH, that is naaaaaasty! He's out! Legstrong lands a punch to his unconscious victim for good measure before the ref has time to call the fight.

Lance Legstrong decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
