Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Chris Nilan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Silky Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nilan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Johnson.
Johnson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Nilan counters with a one-two to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Johnson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Johnson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nilan sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Johnson shoots in for a double leg but Nilan sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
