Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kasey Scorpion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodolfo Newton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Kasey Scorpion has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Kasey Scorpion seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Newton wants to take the fight to the mat but Scorpion manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Scorpion is pressed up against the cage. Newton has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Scorpion down to the mat. Scorpion avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Scorpion dips a shoulder and cracks Newton with a mighty uppercut! Newton falls back against the cage and Scorpion unloads with a barrage of strikes! Newton is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Scorpion screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
