Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Robbie Rockin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zane Mason (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rockin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Mason's sensitive parts.
Mason dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rockin. That did some damage!
Robbie Rockin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mason throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Mason throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

Mason throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Rockin on the side of the head.

and Rockin counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Mason swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Mason walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Rockin checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
A looping hook to the body misses from Rockin. Mason does a little dance to reset his feet.

Mason buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

Rockin throws a leg kick that misses.
Mason appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Rockin looks to score with a jab to the body but Mason is just out of range.
Rockin lands a nice hook to Mason's body. Mason takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Mason.
Some bone on bone action there as Mason checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Rockin throws a hook to the side of Mason's head but Mason sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Rockin feints and then cracks Mason's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Mason down.

Mason has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Mason ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Rockin takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Oh Rockin is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mason measures up his opponent and throws a superman punch that connects to the jaw! Down goes Rockin! The ref steps in, and that's the ball game folks!
