Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oliver Smoak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Heng Jiang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Smoak comes to the cage accompanied by Seven Devils. The crowd seem to be enjoying Jiang's choice of entrance music: Volbeat - A Warrior's Call. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Heng Jiang!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jiang checks a low kick from Smoak.
A swing and a miss from Jiang.
It looked like Smoak wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Jiang avoids the body shot from Smoak.
Smoak throws a lazy right hand but Jiang sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Jiang flicks out a counter leg kick but Smoak steps away.
Smoak misses with a telegraphed body shot
enabling Jiang to counter with a crisp jab.
Jiang lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Smoak at a distance.
Jiang does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Smoak avoids the body shot from Jiang.
Jiang checks a leg kick.
Jiang fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Smoak lands a nice leg kick that just misses Jiang's sensitive parts.
A jab lands there for Jiang.
Smoak blocks a head kick by Jiang.

Jiang tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Smoak was well out of range. Poor timing from Jiang.
Jiang throws a body shot but no joy.
Smoak appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Jiang throws a half hearted mid kick.
Smoak goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Jiang misses with a body shot.
Smoak looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Jiang has closed the distance and engaged Smoak in a clinch.
Jiang blocking some punches.
Smoak struggles to land a body shot inside as Jiang controls his hands.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Jiang.
Smoak misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Jiang looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Smoak misses with a short punch on the inside.
Jiang utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body.
Smoak swings away with an uppercut that misses.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jiang lands an uppercut.
Smoak is rocked!
Jiang unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Smoak! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Jiang is unloading with more strikes now! Smoak drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Heng Jiang!
Heng Jiang seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
