Michael comes to the cage accompanied by Lose Yourself. MacAuliffe is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Notorious by Duran Duran. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacAuliffe slips under a jab.

As MacAuliffe tries to get set, Michael tries to push him back and clinch up but MacAuliffe manages to avoid the attempt.

The fighters circling - Michael throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

MacAuliffe lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Michael circles away quickly and effectively.
MacAuliffe pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
MacAuliffe slips a straight right by Michael.
Michael drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Michael jerks MacAuliffe's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! MacAuliffe drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Michael goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Michael because MacAuliffe was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
