The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Alexandre Firmino and Thiago Cunha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Martinez shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Saloza but Saloza pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Martinez looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Osvaldo Martinez. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Saloza tries to close the distance and clinch up but Martinez swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Saloza pushes Martinez off looking to stand but Martinez dives back in and keeps control.
Well, if Martinez is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Martinez's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Saloza can do anything to dispel that myth.

Martinez lands a big elbow - Saloza is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Martinez!
