Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Courtney Youngs!
The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Bruno Lombardi and Franklyn Lucas.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McLean bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Youngs's head.


It looks like Courtney Youngs has been cut.

Youngs turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Youngs manages to end up in side control.
McLean is not content to let Youngs control the position.

McLean definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

McLean connects with a couple of short punches.

That was a close round but I would say that Shawn McLean will probably get the nod.

Youngs manages to break the clinch.
Youngs takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McLean lands a jab.


Youngs is rocked!
Youngs glances at the clock... BAM! McLean nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Youngs crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Youngs is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Shawn McLean!
A very excited looking Shawn McLean made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
