The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dren on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Dren smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
The Tall throws a series of punches but Dren moves out of range.
We've been informed that Dren has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Dren throws the left hand but The Tall avoids the punch easily.
The Tall seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
The Tall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Dren shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with The Tall but The Tall pushes him off and we're back to square one.
The Tall swings and misses with a hook to the body.
The Tall throws a series of punches but Dren moves out of range.
Dren drops down looking to force a counter takedown but The Tall defends it well.

and Dren counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Dren throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
The Tall tries to bum rush Dren with a series of wild strikes but Dren uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dren throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
The Tall ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
