Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Seu Braga, Luis Engracia and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie misses with a right hand

so Joe counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Joe lands a couple of elbows.
Joe working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Joe works over Gracie with some ground and pound from guard.
Joe keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Gracie's head.

Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Joe defends well.

Gracie is looking for a triangle here but Joe uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Joe works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.

Joe in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Gracie looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Joe turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

After the fight, Glass Joe was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
