PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Sorokov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diagoro Yabaisama (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yabaisama has chosen Liquid Swords as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Yabaisama lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sorokov doesn't seem phased though.

and Sorokov takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
An inside leg kick lands from Yabaisama.
Sorokov has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Yabaisama finds it's way round the side to connect with Sorokov's head.

Sorokov moves into range and clinches up with Yabaisama.

Sorokov has Yabaisama pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Sorokov pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Yabaisama tumbling to the mat - Sorokov dives into Yabaisama's guard.
