Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 19 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Michael Stonedberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 21 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Roberto Kim!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Steven Brown and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stonedberg keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Kim dips to his left and cracks Stonedberg with an uppercut!
Stonedberg walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Stonedberg misses with a looping right.
Stonedberg blocks a leg kick.
Kim lands a really nice looking cross but Stonedberg seems unphased.
Stonedberg misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Stonedberg closes the distance and pushes Kim back into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kim jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Stonedberg walks away with a smile on his face. Kim gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Stonedberg counters with a head kick that drops Kim to the mat! Kim scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

Kim explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Kim lands with a hook. Stonedberg tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Kim shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Stonedberg napping and manages to drive through into side control!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kim goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Stonedberg has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Kim but great work by Stonedberg.
Stonedberg wants to lay and pray for a moment but Kim keeps working.
Stonedberg is really struggling to control Kim but he's trying to hold on to the position.

Stonedberg decides to stand back up.
Kim lands a right hook to the body.

Kim bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Stonedberg's guard.

Kim stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stonedberg swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Stonedberg preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

and Stonedberg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

A relieved looking Michael Stonedberg thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
In defeat, Roberto Kim stepped up to the mic, saying 'HOOOODOOR!'.
