The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A left lands for Joseph.
Faithful shoots in looking for a takedown but Joseph manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Faithful's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Joseph stuffs the takedown attempt from Faithful. Faithful gets slowly back to his feet.
Faithful tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Joseph stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Faithful swivels though and keeps the full guard.
