The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
O Rangers ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
O Rangers tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Okninski tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but O Rangers paws at him with a jab and circles away.
O Rangers drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Okninski defends it well.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
