Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Oscar Boma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Atlas Kivi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Boma's entrance music is Andrew and Wada Blood - Irie. A fine choice. Kivi comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Metallica - Ride the Lightning kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kivi throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Boma sees it coming and avoids it easily.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Boma enables Kivi to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Boma manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Boma lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Kivi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Kivi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kivi fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Boma looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Boma bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

That has opened up Atlas Kivi's cut even more.
