The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kofi.
Festation stuffs the takedown.
Festation is trying to counter with his kicks.
Kofi tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Festation defends well and Kofi ends up having to push Festation into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Festation steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Cebo Kofi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Festation displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kofi.
Festation thinks about the counter body kick.
Kofi throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Festation's waist but Festation gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kofi off to one side.

Festation dives in after him and quickly finishes the job with a trio of brutal punches, leaving Kofi stiff and motionless on the mat!
