The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Daniel throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Franchel was covering up waiting for the punch and Daniel finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Daniel wants to stand but Franchel is controlling his posture from full guard.

Franchel escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Daniel gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Franchel is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Daniel has his hands clasped together but Franchel extends and breaks Daniel's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Franchel.
