Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Anakoni Kai (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frank Damozzi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kai comes to the cage accompanied by Firestarter. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Damozzi is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Kai rather than just go for the knockout.

Kai throws a front kick aimed at Damozzi's knee but Damozzi avoids it well.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kai lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Damozzi has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Damozzi and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Kai fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Damozzi has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Damozzi is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Kai doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Damozzi.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Kai fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Damozzi manages to avoid it.

Kai manages to create a bit of space in order to work his way back to his feet. Damozzi keeps hold of his opponent and drives him back against the cage.

Damozzi has clasped his hands together around Kai's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Kai manages to work his way to half guard, despite Damozzi's best efforts.

Kai has guillotine here! It looks pretty tight! Could this be all over! No, Damozzi escapes and passes into side control at the same time. Nice work there by Damozzi!

Damozzi tries to lock up and control but Kai gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Kai gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Anakoni Kai.
Well Kai has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
