Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rex Tyrannosaurus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Krug Barishkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tyrannosaurus kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is MacArthurPark. Barishkov comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Angel of Death - Slayer kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyrannosaurus ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Barishkov lands a nice looking body shot.
Krug Barishkov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Barishkov throws a looping overhand right but Tyrannosaurus ducks down to avoid it.
Tyrannosaurus defending well as Barishkov loads up on a big left hand.
Tyrannosaurus takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Barishkov throws the left hand but Tyrannosaurus avoids the punch easily.

We've been told by Tyrannosaurus's head coaches at Nelson Fight Camp that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Barishkov lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Tyrannosaurus has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Tyrannosaurus and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Tyrannosaurus checks a leg kick.
Barishkov swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Barishkov drops his hands momentarily and Tyrannosaurus takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Barishkov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

A looping hook to the body misses from Barishkov. Tyrannosaurus does a little dance to reset his feet.

Tyrannosaurus feints and then cracks Barishkov's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Barishkov down.
Barishkov is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Barishkov throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tyrannosaurus's waist but Tyrannosaurus gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barishkov off to one side.
It looked like Tyrannosaurus wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
The fighters circle momentarily. Tyrannosaurus darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Tyrannosaurus fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Barishkov has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Barishkov loads up on a big right hand but Tyrannosaurus slips the punch.
A nice leg kick lands there from Barishkov.

Tyrannosaurus dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Barishkov. That did some damage!
Tyrannosaurus doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
A slow jab from Barishkov misses its intended target.
Tyrannosaurus fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Barishkov.
Tyrannosaurus fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barishkov manages to avoid it.
Tyrannosaurus connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Barishkov throws an overhand right that lands on Tyrannosaurus's shoulder, as Tyrannosaurus tries to avoid the shot.
Tyrannosaurus fires out a quick counter leg kick but Barishkov just manages to avoid it.

Rex Tyrannosaurus has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Krug Barishkov.
Tyrannosaurus wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Tyrannosaurus drops Barishkov with a huge uppercut! Barishkov drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Tyrannosaurus is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!

Rex Tyrannosaurus seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
