Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 32 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Kenny Floor Jan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 9 - 4, fighting out of Hilo, Freddy White!
The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, William Peck and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Floor Jan connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Floor Jan finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Horrible takedown attempt by Floor Jan or perhaps it was just good defense by White, which made it look bad.
Floor Jan takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Floor Jan misses with a body kick.
White blocks a leg kick.
White connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Floor Jan's hands.
White takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
White stuffs the takedown attempt from Floor Jan. Floor Jan gets slowly back to his feet.
And White responds with a good body kick, but Floor Jan manages to step out the way in time.
White scores with a head kick. Floor Jan tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Floor Jan fakes a jab and throws a low kick but White checks it well.

and White counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Floor Jan dives in and grabs White's left leg, looking for a takedown. White pushes down on Floor Jan's head and hops out.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

White lands a big head kick that sends Floor Jan tumbling to the mat! White takes a step backwards and waves Floor Jan back to his feet - he wants the finish!


Floor Jan is rocked!
Floor Jan throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Oh Floor Jan is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Floor Jan has been working on his boxing with his coaches at M Jay's Training Center in the buildup to the fight.
A bone on bone clash there as White blocks the leg kick.
Floor Jan seems to have got his legs back now.
White displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Floor Jan.
Kenny Floor Jan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
White throws a head kick but Floor Jan moves out of range.
Freddy White is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Floor Jan tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but White swivels and escapes.
White misses with a low kick.

Floor Jan tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Floor Jan.
White flicks out a counter leg kick but Floor Jan steps away.

Floor Jan tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but White defends well and Floor Jan ends up having to push White into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
White throws a jab but it's blocked by Floor Jan.
White lunges at Floor Jan with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Floor Jan's hand.
Floor Jan throws a low kick but White moves out of range easily.
White looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Floor Jan jabbing away but nothing is landing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Floor Jan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

enabling Floor Jan to counter with a crisp jab.
A slow jab from Floor Jan misses its intended target.
White throws a leg kick but Floor Jan sees it coming and checks it nicely.
As White tries to get set, Floor Jan tries to push him back and clinch up but White manages to avoid the attempt.
Floor Jan shoots in looking for a takedown but White manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Floor Jan's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from White lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Floor Jan has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Floor Jan and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Floor Jan drives through with a takedown into White's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
White keeping moving, preventing Floor Jan from controlling successfully.
Floor Jan slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Floor Jan is looking to stand up but White won't let him.
Floor Jan advances to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Freddy White dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A punch lands to the side of Floor Jan 's head but he takes it in his stride.
White tests Floor Jan's chin there with a solid looking shot.
White ducks under a wild hook from Floor Jan.
White has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Floor Jan wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Floor Jan will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
White connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
White tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
White throws a head kick but Floor Jan moves out of range.
And Floor Jan counters with a quick kick to the body but White blocks it.

Floor Jan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

White throws a sloppy head kick and Floor Jan moves out of range easily.
White scores with a kick to the midsection.
Nice sprawl there from White as Floor Jan shoots in.

and White counters with a head kick that drops Floor Jan to the mat! Floor Jan scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
White throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Floor Jan tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Floor Jan ducks down and throws a hook to the body but White moves away.
White lands with a hook. Floor Jan tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
White misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Floor Jan cracks White with a right hand to the side of the head.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

White shapes to counter with a head kick.
Floor Jan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
White looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.

Floor Jan lands with a right hand.
White has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
White ducks right into an uppercut from Floor Jan.
Floor Jan tries to land a front kick but White steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
White appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
White avoids the body shot from Floor Jan.

and White counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Floor Jan is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Freddy White seems to be getting the better of the standup.

White rushes Floor Jan and presses him up against the cage.
White can't break the clinch.
Floor Jan has a couple of punches blocked by White.

White pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A head kick from White lands but Floor Jan takes it in his stride.

Floor Jan closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
White wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!

White sneaks out the side door and pushes Floor Jan away - he's back to his feet. The crowd show their appreciation for the escape.

White has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Floor Jan tries for a takedown. No joy.
Floor Jan tries to land a knee to the head but White blocks with his arms.
Floor Jan lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Floor Jan changes levels and goes for a takedown here. White fights it off and pushes away nicely.
White bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Floor Jan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

White looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
White thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Floor Jan if he has to take too many more of those.
White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Floor Jan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Floor Jan is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Freddy White showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Floor Jan's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from White.

Floor Jan struggles to land a body shot inside as White controls his hands.
White has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

White is trying to break the clinch but Floor Jan has him pressed against the cage.

White's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
White keeps the fight on the outside.
A decent looking cross lands there for Floor Jan.
White lands a high kick!
White cracks the inside of Floor Jan's front leg.
White slips a jab and a cross from Floor Jan.

A momentary lapse in concentration from White enables Floor Jan to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. White manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Kenny Floor Jan overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Floor Jan passes White's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Floor Jan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Freddy White is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Floor Jan is working for a kimura but White is defending it quite comfortably.
White is trying to stand up here but Floor Jan is controlling him well.
Floor Jan is controlling the pace.
Floor Jan is looking to take a break and control but White is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Well, if Floor Jan is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Floor Jan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Floor Jan is keen to just control but White is a slippery customer.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Floor Jan closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
