The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Peterson throws a combination that misses
enabling Can to counter with a crisp jab.
Marty Peterson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Peterson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Can scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Peterson is trying to buck Can off.
Can decides to stand back up.
Peterson misses with a double jab
and Can counters with a nice double leg into side control. Peterson won't be happy with that.

Can lands a nice forearm strike.
Can controls the position.
Can decides to stand back up. Can steps back and let's Peterson get back to his feet.
Peterson lands a big right hook! Can looks hurt but is still standing! Peterson lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Can falls down and Peterson dives in with a huge hammer fist! Can's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Peterson runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
