PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomasz Adamek (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randy Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adamek comes into the arena with I Am The Sword - Motorhead blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Ortiz's choice of entrance music: I am a real American. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz looks to land a left hand but Adamek moved out of range nicely.

Adamek is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Ortiz defends it well.

Adamek tries to score a power double leg takedown but Ortiz sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Adamek somewhat.
Ortiz does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
