Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between L Manning Vines (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Diamond Dollar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, L Manning Vines!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Diamond Dollar!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Bruno Lombardi and John Roberts.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vines circles away from the clinch attempt
and Vines cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Vines misses with an attempted mid kick.
Vines goes for a double leg but Dollar avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Dollar continues to drive forward.
Vines throws a body kick that misses.
Dollar scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
A looping hook to the body misses from Vines. Dollar does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dollar lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

Dollar shoots in and gets a takedown into Vines's guard.

Vines escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Dollar gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dollar must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Dollar trying to control but Vines is working from the bottom.

Dollar slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Dollar lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Dollar throws a body punch but Vines moves out of range.
Vines shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dollar defends it nicely.

and Dollar counters with a single leg into guard. Vines didn't expect that.
Vines controls Dollar momentarily but Dollar frees himself.

Dollar wants to control from the top but Vines keeps moving.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Vines has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dollar can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Dollar tries to free his leg and advance position but Vines is retaining full guard.

Vines isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Dollar stacks Vines on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Dollar!
Vines is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Always Clean Double Elite, so we'll see if he gets out of it.

Dollar tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.

Dollar is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Vines is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Dollar passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Vines!
Vines gets back to half guard.
Vines wants to get back to full guard.
Vines has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dollar is working away from the top position though.
Dollar is trying to control. Vines wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Dollar is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Dollar passes to side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Diamond Dollar dominated that round.
That's time! Vines's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Dollar tries to sprawl but Vines drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Dollar working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Vines doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Dollar is tightening it up a little... Vines has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Vines reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Vines taps out! Nice BJJ there by Dollar!
