The judges for this bout are Shirou Masuda, Sosuke Kotani and Yukihiro Shimada.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fujiwara jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Fujiwara throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Ko sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Fujiwara circles away from the clinch attempt.
Ko takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fujiwara slaps away a takedown attempt from Ko, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Ko tries to close the distance and clinch up but Fujiwara swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Fujiwara looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Fujiwara connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Ko throws a lazy uppercut
and Fujiwara counters with a lovely straight right hand!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fujiwara scores with a hook.
Ko fails with the takedown
and Fujiwara connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Fujiwara lands with a right hand.

Ko is rocked!
Fujiwara fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Ko square on the jaw! Damn, Ko is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
