Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between DJ Maximus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Larsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Maximus throws out a loose jab but Larsson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Larsson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Maximus defends it well.

Maximus sends Larsson crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Maximus is motioning to the referee to let Larsson up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Jack Larsson has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Maximus misses with the combination.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Larsson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Maximus ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Larsson seems to have recovered his senses.
Larsson looks up at the clock. Bad move! Maximus lands a right hand from hell, dropping Larsson. Maximus pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
