PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mickey Mouse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Danny Tatum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Danny Tatum told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tatum has closed the distance and engaged Mouse in a clinch.
Mouse tries to break free but Tatum pushes him back against the cage.
Mouse throws a punch but it's blocked by Tatum.

Tatum pulls guard.
Tatum looking to hit a scissor sweep but Mouse is one step ahead there.
Mouse pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Tatum is keeping the position for now.
Tatum wants to sweep but no luck.
Mouse throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Mouse with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Tatum escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Mouse gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Tatum keeping moving, preventing Mouse from controlling successfully.

Tatum has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Mouse should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Tatum has tightened it up now! Mouse should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
