Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Timpurhkhum Chouncheun (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarni Kutsoo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chouncheun comes to the cage accompanied by พิณบรรเลง. Kutsoo has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. Jarni Kutsoo told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chouncheun throws a good cross that connects.
Nice shot lands for Chouncheun.
Chouncheun keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Kutsoo walks into a jab.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chouncheun.

Chouncheun lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kutsoo is defended easily by Chouncheun.
Chouncheun fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kutsoo looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Kutsoo tries for a takedown but Chouncheun sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Chouncheun swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Chouncheun lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Kutsoo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Chouncheun defends well and Kutsoo ends up having to push Chouncheun into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Kutsoo chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Chouncheun can pounce on him.
Kutsoo looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Chouncheun cracks Kutsoo with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Kutsoo goes for a double leg but Chouncheun avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Chouncheun continues to drive forward.

And Chouncheun counters with a quick kick to the body but Kutsoo blocks it.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kutsoo shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Kutsoo was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Kutsoo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Chouncheun keeps working.

Chouncheun knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.
