Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Alexander Engelbreckt!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Daarstknasset Oystenteller!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Paulsen Ambrosius and Nard Betker.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oystenteller throws a big shot that misses.
Engelbreckt tries to close the distance and clinch but Oystenteller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
The fight stays on the outside here - Engelbreckt looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Oystenteller clinches with his opponent.
Engelbreckt has Oystenteller pressed against the cage, preventing Oystenteller from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Oystenteller lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Oystenteller lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Engelbreckt or not.
Oystenteller misses with a punch to the body.
Oystenteller blocking some punches.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Engelbreckt avoids a wild elbow strike from Oystenteller.

Engelbreckt had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Oystenteller defends it easily.

Engelbreckt pushes Oystenteller off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.

Oystenteller is looking to break free of the clinch but Engelbreckt has double underhooks.

Engelbreckt pulls guard effortlessly.
Engelbreckt is looking to stand up but Oystenteller isn't so interested in that idea.

Engelbreckt is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Oystenteller presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Oystenteller has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Engelbreckt lands a hook to the side of the head.
Oystenteller tries to circle away but Engelbreckt has him pinned against the cage.
Engelbreckt lands an elbow just above Oystenteller 's eye.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Oystenteller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Engelbreckt tries to clinch but Oystenteller is having none of it.

Oystenteller keeps the fight on the outside.

Oystenteller scores with a takedown into Engelbreckt's guard.
Oystenteller has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Engelbreckt is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Oystenteller is controlling him.

Oystenteller wants to control from the top but Engelbreckt keeps moving.
Engelbreckt trying to keep a closed guard but Oystenteller is proving a slippery customer.

Engelbreckt can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Oystenteller controls the pace.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
Engelbreckt seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Engelbreckt tries to clinch but Oystenteller is having none of it.

Engelbreckt clinches up with Oystenteller and pushes him back against the cage.
Oystenteller has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Engelbreckt lands a body shot in the clinch.
Oystenteller is trying to push Engelbreckt away but Engelbreckt has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Oystenteller tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Engelbreckt lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Oystenteller or not.
Engelbreckt lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Oystenteller backwards.
Engelbreckt blocking some punches.
Oystenteller avoids the elbow strike from Engelbreckt, against the cage.

Oystenteller breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Engelbreckt slips a straight right by Oystenteller.
Oystenteller throws a poor cross that misses
letting Engelbreckt counter with a right hand.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alexander Engelbreckt dominated that round.

Engelbreckt tries to close the distance and clinch but Oystenteller swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Oystenteller missing with a left hand there. Engelbreckt was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Engelbreckt fails with an attempt to clinch.
Alexander Engelbreckt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Engelbreckt throws the kick towards the body but Oystenteller avoids it.
Oystenteller with the counter takedown but Engelbreckt avoids it easily.

Engelbreckt drops Oystenteller with a beautiful combination! Oystenteller stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Engelbreckt is looking for the KO!


Oystenteller is rocked!


It looks like Daarstknasset Oystenteller has been cut.
Engelbreckt tries to clinch there but Oystenteller circles away.
Oystenteller is still on wobbly legs! Can Engelbreckt finish him?
Engelbreckt tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Oystenteller paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Oystenteller fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Engelbreckt checks it well.

Engelbreckt instigates a clinch.
Engelbreckt digs a right hand into Oystenteller's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Oystenteller's gas tank.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Engelbreckt avoiding damage as Oystenteller throws knees to the body.

Engelbreckt turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Engelbreckt manages to end up in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
Oystenteller seems to have recovered his senses.
A big shot lands for Engelbreckt! That's hurt Oystenteller! Will he recover? Engelbreckt fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alexander Engelbreckt!
Alexander Engelbreckt gave a mention to FJCP Healthy Nutrition in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
