The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sassano Jnr blocks a low kick nicely.
Lamel misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sassano Jnr pivots, looking for a leg kick but Lamel is out of range and Sassano Jnr settles back down.
Lamel doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
We've been hearing reports that Sassano Jnr has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Sassano Jnr lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lamel displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Sassano Jnr throws out the jab.

A very excited looking Tony Sassano Jnr rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
