Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Agenor Apolinario (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matt Lethal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Apolinario comes to the cage accompanied by Lairton - Morango do Nordeste. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lethal lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Lethal leaves Apolinario with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Lethal feints a jab promting Apolinario to slip. Lethal then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Apolinario slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Apolinario looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Apolinario is taking a breather. Lethal says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.

Apolinario is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Lethal is just riding it out for now. Apolinario eventually gives up the hold.

Lethal has left one of his arms exposed and Apolinario doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Lethal screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
