Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian Burns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and George Pierre Hennard (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Burns comes to the cage accompanied by Rock Master Scott & The Dynamic Three - The Roof Is On Fire. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Brian Burns!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, George Pierre Hennard!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Wesley Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Burns gets caught flat footed, as Hennard shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Burns working for a triangle but Hennard defends it easily.
Hennard trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Burns keeping moving, preventing Hennard from controlling successfully.

Hennard is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Burns doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Hennard.

Burns is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Burns will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Burns is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Brian Burns has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of George Pierre Hennard.
Hennard changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Burns tries to avoid it but Hennard manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Burns to the ground. Burns escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hennard bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Burns's head backwards.
Burns just misses with a punch to the body.
George Pierre Hennard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Burns throws an overhand right that lands on Hennard's shoulder, as Hennard tries to avoid the shot.

Hennard moves into the clinch successfully.
Burns tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Burns misses with a hook to the ribs.

I think Hennard has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
