Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Yves Jabouin!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 18 - 37 - 1, fighting out of London, Billy Riley!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Dillan Fox.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riley staying out of range there.
Riley shoots in looking for a takedown but Jabouin manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Riley's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Riley throws a solid leg kick but Jabouin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Riley.
Billy Riley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Riley throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Riley doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Jabouin makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
No luck for Riley with that takedown attempt.
Yves Jabouin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Billy Riley.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Riley turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Riley manages to end up in side control.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Riley passes Jabouin's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Riley thows a huge punch but Jabouin dodges it nicely.
It looks like Riley is going to stand back up.
Riley is keen to just control but Jabouin is a slippery customer.

Riley misses with a takedown attempt - Jabouin sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Horrible takedown attempt by Riley or perhaps it was just good defense by Jabouin, which made it look bad.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Jabouin is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Riley can do to turn this around?

Jabouin cracks Riley with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Jabouin has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Riley to stand back up!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jabouin pushes Riley against the cage. Jabouin is working some dirty boxing. Jabouin pushes off with a quick right hook! Riley goes down! Riley tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Jabouin moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!

Yves Jabouin decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
