Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Brock (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rodger Crowe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brock comes to the cage accompanied by Venom's Theme. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Saunders, Roger Salmon and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crunch! Brock slams his shin into Crowe's torso.
We've been told by Brock's head coaches at North Gym that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Brock lands with a thumping leg kick.
Eddie Brock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crowe tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Brock lands a glancing blow to the side of Crowe's head.
Brock missing with a left hand there. Crowe was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Brock scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Crowe doesn't seem bothered though.

Crowe swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.

Crowe tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Brock was well out of range. Poor timing from Crowe.

Crowe's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Crowe duly obliges.
It looks like Eddie Brock has been cut.
Brock throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Crowe counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Crowe steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Brock. That one must have hurt.
Brock throws a quick inside leg kick.
Crowe throws a lazy uppercut
and Brock counters with a nice leg kick.
Brock lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Brock scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Crowe is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Crowe takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Crowe takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Brock drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
Brock tries to work over Crowe's front leg with a kick but Crowe checks it.
Brock looks to score with a jab to the body but Crowe is just out of range.
Crowe takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Brock uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Crowe.
Crowe throws a series of punches but Brock moves out of range.

Brock takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Crowe on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Crowe throws a nice looking combination but Brock bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Crowe tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Brock lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Brock getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Crowe's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
A telegraphed right hand from Crowe misses the target.

Crowe looks to score with a jab to the body but Brock is just out of range.
Crowe has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Brock.
Brock fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Brock with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Brock tries to land a front kick but Crowe steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Crowe slips a straight right by Brock.
Crowe throws a right hand that Brock ducks under and follows up with a left that Brock also avoids with ease.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Brock with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Brock tries to clinch but Crowe moves out of range.
Brock turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Brock fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Crowe swats away the attempt to clinch by Brock.
Crowe scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Crowe scores with the left hand. Brock knows he should have avoided that one.
Crowe thuds his right hand into Brock's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Crowe cracks Brock with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Brock looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Crowe finish him?
Brock is rocked!
Brock lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Eddie Brock will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Eddie Brock's cut.
That's time! Brock's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Brock lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brock lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Crowe has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Crowe and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Brock fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Crowe looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Brock throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Crowe tests Brock's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Brock fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Crowe has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Crowe cracks Brock with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Brock looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Crowe finish him?
Oh Brock is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Brock pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Eddie Brock is winning the standup battle so far.
Crowe drops Brock with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Brock looks back up at him and smiles so Crowe waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Crowe throws a left and a right that both miss
and Brock counters with a stiff right hand.
Brock is looking to land body kicks.
Crowe dances in with a quick combination. Brock is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Crowe snaps Brock's head back. Brock stumbles backwards against the cage. Crowe steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Brock's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Brock just didn't come prepared.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rodger Crowe!
