Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kunta Kinte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mr Translucent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mr Translucent!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Patrick Alders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kinte throws an overhand right that lands on Translucent's shoulder, as Translucent tries to avoid the shot.
Translucent avoids the head kick by Kinte.
Kinte looks to land a body kick but Translucent moved away.
Translucent changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.
Kinte throws a head kick but Translucent moves out of range.
Translucent will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Kinte ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Translucent moves away.

Translucent is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.
Translucent shoots in for a double leg but Kinte sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

and Translucent decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Kinte's guard.

Translucent is nestled in close to Kinte, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Translucent is trying to drag Kinte to the mat but Kinte just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Kinte fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Translucent manages to avoid it.

Translucent shoots in looking for a takedown. Kinte tries to sprawl out of it but Translucent keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Kinte manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Kinte lands a brutal head kick. Translucent looks out on his feet and Kinte throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!

A relieved looking Kunta Kinte thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
