And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Masato Koyabashi!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Robert Douchet and Yves DeLean.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Koyabashi tries to bum rush Jun Fan with a series of wild strikes but Jun Fan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As Koyabashi tries to get set, Jun Fan tries to push him back and clinch up but Koyabashi manages to avoid the attempt.
Jun Fan takes a head kick and keeps coming.


It looks like Lee Jun Fan has been cut.
Jun Fan throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Koyabashi.
Koyabashi pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jun Fan tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Koyabashi manages to circle out of the way.
Jun Fan lands a slapping body shot.
Jun Fan bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Jun Fan moves into the clinch successfully.
Koyabashi is trying to maintain a safe position but Jun Fan gets an underhook and turns Koyabashi into the cage.
Koyabashi has had enough of the clinch but Jun Fan keeps him there for the moment.
A head punch on the inside from Koyabashi fails to land.
A right hand to the body from Jun Fan.
A knee to the head by Jun Fan.
Jun Fan has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Jun Fan lands a good knee to the midsection. Koyabashi won't want to take too many of those.
