Coming up we have a heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Alex Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Strong Belwas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Strong Belwas was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alex Cruz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Strong Belwas!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz tries to clinch but Belwas is having none of it.
Cruz tries to close the distance and clinch up but Belwas swats him away and circles back towards the center.
A nice side step and Belwas releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Cruz takes the fight into the clinch.
Cruz tries to work over Belwas's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Belwas lands a nice knee to the body.
Cruz misses with a knee to the head.
Belwas is working Cruz over against the ropes.
Cruz is breathing heavily.
Belwas lands a hook that snaps the head of Cruz backwards.
Belwas breaks the clinch.
Cruz wants to clinch.
Cruz tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Belwas counters with an outside leg kick.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Belwas fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Cruz has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Cruz doesn't manage to clinch there - Belwas circles away.
Belwas appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Belwas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cruz. That did some damage!
Cruz fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Belwas, pushing him back against the ropes.
Cruz tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Belwas throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Cruzs head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Belwas blocks the elbow strike.
Belwas taking a breather.
A short left from Belwas.
A short body shot lands from Belwas as the two fighters clinch.
Belwas scores with a shot to the side of Cruz's head.
Cruz tries to land knees in the clinch but Belwas avoids the damage to the body.
A nice right hand lands inside from Belwas.
Belwas managing to block the knees to the body from Cruz.
Belwas cracks Cruz with a nice body shot.
Belwas lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Belwas breaks from the clinch.

Belwas dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cruz leaves his chin hanging out and Belwas seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Cruz crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Strong Belwas!
After winning the bout, Strong Belwas thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
