Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uvol fails to land the takedown.

Uvol bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hurley's guard.

Uvol postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Hurley has control of Uvol's left arm, preventing Uvol from doing any damage.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Uvol working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Hurley wants to control but Uvol postures up.
Uvol throws an elbow but Hurley slips to the side and avoids it well.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Uvol throws a strike aimed at the side of Hurley's head but Hurley avoids it well.
Uvol taking a break here but Hurley is having none of it and regains half guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Uvol tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Hurley is able to avoid easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Bull Hurley will probably get the nod.

Uvol shoots for a double leg takedown but Hurley sprawls well. He's pushed Uvol's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Hurley buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Uvol is breathing heavily.

and Hurley counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

and Hurley counters with a nice right hand that sends Uvol toppling to the canvas! Uvol scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hurley finish him?!

Hurley drives through and clinches with Uvol against the cage.
A bit of stalling here from Hurley.
Hurley will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Uvol up against the cage.
Uvol goes for a takedown attempt but Hurley pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with Hurley for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure.
Hurley is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Uvol is keeping busy.
Uvol wants a takedown but no success here.
Uvol is trying to pull guard but Hurley turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Uvol has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Hurley regains guard immediately.

Hurley is fighting off a takedown attempt but Uvol is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Hurley to the mat. Hurley regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Hurley drops Uvol with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Uvol looks back up at him and smiles so Hurley waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Hurley is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
