Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sid Reaper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Travis Flint (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sid Reaper has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sid Reaper!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Travis Flint!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Stewart Dunkirk and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flint gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Flint throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Reapers head.

Flint gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground.

Reaper is looking for a triangle but Flint pushes his legs off easily.

Reaper has his foot on Flint's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Flint works his way back into a safe position though.

Reaper had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Flint defends it easily.
Flint wanted to stand there but Reaper had control of the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Flint trying to control but Reaper is having none of it.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Reaper is working hard here to advance position.
Flint is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Reaper can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
The referee warns Reaper that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Flint lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Reaper can't escape the position.
Flint looking to control and managing it successfully.
Flint can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Reaper is looking to escape.
Flint might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Reaper haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Travis Flint dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.



Reaper decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Flint wants to get back to his feet.
Travis Flint has got the better of the ground game so far.
Flint is pressing down on Reaper's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Flint not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Reaper trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Reaper drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Flint dives on top into guard.


Reaper has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Flint doesn't defend quickly enough and Reaper has managed to lock this one up! Can Flint escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Reaper on a fantastic submission victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Sid Reaper!
Sid Reaper spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
