Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johnny Cage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikey Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cage comes to the cage accompanied by Johnny Cage Theme. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cage lands with a cross.

Kim throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kim scores with the left hand. Cage knows he should have avoided that one.

Cage cracks Kim with an uppercut from hell and Kim crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Cage's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!


Kim is rocked!
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Kim uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Cage has time to react.

Kim's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

enabling Kim to counter with a crisp jab.
