PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarno Linquyst (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emelianenko comes into the arena with Enea Vollare Mezzo blaring out of the sound system. Linquyst is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: refused - new noise. Jarno Linquyst will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Linquyst shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Emelianenko pinned against the cage. Emelianenko gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Linquyst throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Emelianenko's waist but Emelianenko gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Linquyst off to one side.
Linquyst shoots for a double leg takedown but Emelianenko sprawls well. He's pushed Linquyst's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Fedor Emelianenko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jarno Linquyst.
