Palmer comes into the arena with Sans Pression - Numero 1 blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Washington closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Palmer is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Washington gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Palmer tries for a takedown but Washington manages to get underhooks.
The referee calls for Palmer to work.
Washington lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Palmer backwards.

Palmer works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Palmer advances to half guard.
Washington is trying to stand.

Palmer is looking for a kimura here.

Palmer is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Washington doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Palmer.
Palmer is keen to just control but Washington is a slippery customer.

Palmer is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Washington to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Washington shrugs it off.
