Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mees Metsast (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Georg Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Scott has chosen Overkill as his entrance music. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Metsast checks a leg kick nicely.
Metsast lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Scott circles away quickly and effectively.
Scott misses with a head kick.
Metsast connects with a solid leg kick.
Scott goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Georg Scott seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick from Metsast lands but Scott takes it in his stride.

It looks like Georg Scott has been cut.
Metsast throws a leg kick but Scott sees it coming and checks it nicely.

Scott shoots in looking for a takedown. Metsast tries to sprawl out of it but Scott keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Metsast manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Scott shoots in looking for a takedown but Metsast manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Scott's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Scott jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Metsast walks away with a smile on his face. Scott gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mees Metsast has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Georg Scott.

Metsast throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Metsast feints and then cracks Scott's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Scott down.

Scott rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Metsast counters with a nice body kick.
Metsast moves out of range of the body kick.
Metsast throws a shot to the body.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Metsast lands a big head kick that sends Scott tumbling to the mat! Metsast takes a step backwards and waves Scott back to his feet - he wants the finish!
