The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Polara darts in trying to clinch
and Abedi connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Abedi throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Polara on the side of the head.
Polara moves to clinch but Abedi breaks away
and Abedi counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Polara thinking.

and Abedi counters with a left to the body.
The crowd cheers as Abedi lands an impressive looking overhand right. Polara doesn't seem phased though.

Polara is rocked!
Abedi throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Polara is still on wobbly legs! Can Abedi finish him?
Abedi looks to throw the jab but Polara is out of range.
Abedi misses with an uppercut. Polara saw that one coming.
Abedi throws out a loose jab but Polara uses good head movement to avoid it.
Polara bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Abedi connects with a nice cross there... Polara is looking wobbly and Abedi recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Polara to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Abedi jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
