Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Mr Ward (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Walter White is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mr Ward!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Trevor Gratis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ward changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. White looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
White is trying to improve his position.
White looking for a sweep but Ward has passed into full mount! Oh no!
Ward has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Ward is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. White can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

White got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ward has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, White has managed to get both his arms back between Ward's legs - danger averted.
White trying to control the position from guard on top but Ward is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Ward has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. White is working away from the top position though.

White is trying to work for a kimura but Ward is defending well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Ward is trying to get back to full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

White is looking for a kimura but Ward is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for White to get the leverage.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Ward looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
White is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Mr Ward dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!


White bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.


It looks like Mr Ward has been cut.
White throws a combination. Ward tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
White takes a swing at Ward's ribcage but misses.

White throws a right and a left that both miss.
White fails to land with a series of punches.

Ward gets a double leg takedown into White's guard.
Ward advances to half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

White tries to roll over but Ward keeps him under control.
White on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound.
White is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ward scores with a couple of nice shots.

Ward prevents White from improving his position.
Ward working the head and body with strikes.

White looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Ward throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Ward is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

White is refusing to be controlled, as Ward sits in half guard.
Ward throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
White is in trouble now - Ward has advanced to mount!
White tries to hold on but Ward pushes him away.
Ward lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Ward looking for a guillotine from mount but White is having none of it.
White is in all sorts of trouble here.

Ward has isolated one of White's arms. White looking to fight him off but Ward twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
