Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kuula Natsi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Beam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 13 - 18 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kuula Natsi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 23 - 17 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Jim Beam!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beam shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Natsi napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Beam throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Natsi is trying to improve his position.
Beam lands a nice forearm strike.
Beam sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Natsi is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Beam is trying to ground and pound but Natsi uses the momentary lack of control by Beam to regain half guard.
Natsi keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Natsi moves into full guard.
Beam postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Beam wants to control from the top but Natsi keeps moving.

We've been hearing good reports from Natsi's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Beam is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Beam closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Natsi looking for a sweep but Beam has passed into full mount! Oh no!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Natsi regains full guard. Nicely done.
Natsi controls Beam momentarily but Beam frees himself.
Natsi is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Beam is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
Beam lands a couple of digs.


It looks like Kuula Natsi has been cut.
Natsi might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Beam missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Beam accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Beam tries to free his leg and advance position but Natsi is retaining full guard.
Beam passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Beam looks up at the clock and then as Natsi takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Beam smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Beam throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Beam working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Natsi can't do much from the bottom here.
Natsi is looking to regain half guard here but Beam keeps moving and retains side control.
Beam works a knee to the body and follows up with a nice elbow to the head.
Natsi takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.


Kuula Natsi's cut is getting worse.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Natsi is not content to let Beam control the position.
Natsi tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Beam presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Beam throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kuula Natsi is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Beam dives in and grabs Natsi's left leg, looking for a takedown. Natsi pushes down on Beam's head and hops out.

and Natsi decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Beam's guard.

Beam has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Beam throws a hook but Natsi avoids it easily.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Natsi leaves Beam with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Kuula Natsi has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Beam.
Beam shoots in and drives through. Natsi sprawls well.

Natsi gets caught flat footed, as Beam shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Natsi pulls Beam in close to prevent any damage.

Beam throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No luck for Beam with that takedown attempt.
Beam misses with a looping left.

Natsi shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Beam is defending against the submission attempts here by Natsi.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Beam is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Natsi's half guard.
Natsi tries to roll over but Beam keeps him under control.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Kuula Natsi's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Jim Beam!
Jim Beam took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'Yu'st got grappl'd'.
The defeated Kuula Natsi had this to say: 'i want a rematch with that niggerloving nazi grandad. '.
