Coming up we have a welterweight kickboxing rules bout between Simon Kanitz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lee has chosen Dragonfly by Shaman's Harvest as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Simon Kanitz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
40 - 21 - 4, fighting out of New York, Bruce Lee!
The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Aafke Stam and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kanitz connects with a solid leg kick.
Lee misses with a hook. Kanitz ducked under it nicely.
Lee throws a right and a left that Kanitz avoids nicely.
Lee misses with a double jab
and Kanitz counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Lee fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Kanitz lands with a hook. Lee tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Bruce Lee seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lee throws a shot to the body.
Kanitz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Kanitz keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Lee.
Kanitz scores with a hook.
Lee throws a series of punches but Kanitz moves out of range.
Lee misses with a body shot.
Lee has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lee takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Lee lunges at Kanitz with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Kanitz's hand.
Kanitz connects with a good right hand that stumbles Lee. Lee circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Kanitz misses the shot to the body.
Lee misses with a looping left.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lee looks to land a combination but Kanitz avoids it well.
Kanitz with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Lee swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Kanitz counters with a low kick, right behind Lee 's knee.
Kanitz avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Lee takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Kanitz scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
It looks like Bruce Lee has been cut.
Kanitz throws a leg kick but Lee moved away.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A jab lands there for Kanitz.
Kanitz misses with a jab to the body
and Lee moves into the clinch.
Kanitz lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the ropes.
Kanitz misses with a short punch on the inside.
Kanitz tries to throw a body punch but Lee avoids it by throwing Kanitz back against the ropes.
A head punch on the inside from Kanitz fails to land.
Kanitz lands with a left to the head.
Kanitz looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Kanitz goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Lee lands on the inside with an uppercut.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Lee.
Kanitz blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Kanitz scores with a shoulder strike.
Lee is rocked!
Lee takes a shot to the head.
Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Kanitz finish him?
Kanitz throws a punch but it's blocked by Lee.
Kanitz misses with a hook from the clinch.

Kanitz lands a body punch.
Lee wants to get back to striking at distance but Kanitz won't allow it.
Lee seems to have recovered his senses.
Lee takes a shot to the head.
Kanitz creates a bit of space for himself and unleashed what can only be described as a tiger uppercut, straight out of Street Fighter! Lee crashes to the mat! Can he make it back to his feet in time? 3,4,5,6... it doesn't look like he's going to make it! Lee face plants back to the mat and the referee calls off the fight! Kanitz takes it with a brutal technical knockout!
