Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dark Hunter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sam Giancana (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hunter moves in looking to clinch but Giancana pushes him off.
Hunter tries to clinch up
and Giancana counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Giancana keeps the fight on the outside.

Hunter clinches up against the cage.
Hunter lands a right hand that snaps the head of Giancana backwards.
A hook to the body from Hunter.
Hunter lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Giancana backwards.
Hunter keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Giancana's efforts to push away.

Giancana breaks the clinch.
Hunter tries to close the distance and clinch up but Giancana swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Hunter bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Giancana's head backwards.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Giancana's jab looks to have found its range, popping Hunter under the eye.

Hunter clinches with his opponent.
Hunter struggles to land a body shot inside as Giancana controls his hands.
Hunter stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Giancana's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Hunter lands a nice shot to the body.
Dark Hunter is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hunter moves in looking to clinch but Giancana pushes him off.

Hunter drives through and clinches with Giancana against the cage.
Hunter lands a shoulder strike.
Our sources have told us that Hunter has been working on his elbows in the gym.
Giancana is trying to force a seperation but Hunter has the dominant position.
Hunter creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Hunter blocking some punches.
Giancana is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.
Giancana is looking to break free of the clinch but Hunter has double underhooks.
Still in the clinch, Hunter scores with a nice short uppercut.
Hunter keeps control of Giancana as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Hunter lands an elbow inside that Giancana shrugs off.
Hunter lands an uppercut.

Nice elbow from Hunter.
Hunter lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Giancana is rocked!
Hunter scores with a shot to the side of Giancana's head.
Giancana is still on wobbly legs! Can Hunter finish him?
Hunter lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A nice left hand lands by Hunter.
Hunter creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Giancana with a big uppercut! Giancana tries to clinch up but Hunter pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Giancana to the mat! Giancana covers up and Hunter unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
