Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marco Janizon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gregor Klaus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Janizon throws a series of punches but Klaus avoids them all with ease.

Klaus is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Klaus slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Janizon wants to get back to his feet but Klaus passes into half guard.

Klaus is nestled in close to Janizon, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Klaus's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

Janizon manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Klaus drags the fight down to the ground.

Klaus has momentary wrist control but Janizon slips an elbow through the middle.
Klaus wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Janizon's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Klaus is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
Klaus fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Klaus bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
